Hi! I’m Kirstie (pronounced “curse-tea”). I grew up on a farm in Northeast Ohio, where I spent my childhood drawing animals and devouring books. I’ve always wanted to be a tattoo artist and I’m so happy to be fulfilling my dreams. When I was a little kid, I was enamored by tattoos and the people who wore them. I “tattooed” all my Barbies with Sharpies. I always thought the idea that our “bodies were temples” and shouldn’t be decorated was rather silly; after all, aren’t all the great temples of the world covered with art? Though life has had its setbacks, I have always found my way back to art. The joy I get from creating is unparalleled. There is no greater compliment than for someone to purchase my art, let alone want to wear it. I can’t wait to discuss your next project with you. In addition to artistic tattooing, I also am certified in cosmetic tattooing. I want you to look and feel like your best self every day, whether that’s with perfectly done eyebrows or the custom artistic design you’ve been longing for. Tattoos are by appointment only except on select Walk In Tattoo days which will be posted in advance on my Instagram. Policies Shop Rules Be kind. Hate speech, sexual harassment, poor hygiene, or any conduct that is disruptive to my work will result in refusal of service and/or the conclusion of our session. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. All clients must be 18 years or older. I do not tattoo minors even with parental consent. To ensure the proper environment for tattoo application, children are not allowed in the studio. I reserve the right to refuse tattoo designs for any reason. I do not tattoo hate symbols. General Information This is a single-use item studio. Equipment comes pre-sterilized and is disposed after use. This studio does not do piercings. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable drawing deposit is required to schedule an appointment. Your deposit will be applied to the cost of the service at the session in which your project is completed. Full payment is due at the time of service. Any client who cancels their appointment within 48 hours or no contact/ no shows will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full prior to rescheduling. In order to respect all my clients’ time, if you arrive over 20 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled. Deposits and payments can be made via cash, credit card, debit card, Cash App (@apossumatic), Venmo (@apossumatic) or Zelle. In the event that a client wants significant changes to the design or concept of the tattoo that differ from the information they initially provided, the original drawing deposit is non-refundable and a new drawing deposit will be required. Significant changes in short notice to your appointment may result in rescheduling so that I may have sufficient drawing time to create a new concept. Referral Credits A one-time referral credit of 10% off your next service will be applied if you refer a new client and they complete a service with me. They must list you as the referrer on their client intake paperwork. This offering is limited to a one-time discount per each new client when the service is rendered within 120 days (4 months) of the referral. This offered cannot be stacked (e.g. refer three people and receive 30% off next service). There is no cash value to this offer/ redemption for cash. Referral credits are non-transferable. Late Arrivals and Cancellations Cancellations without 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service cost.
